We process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times then depend on your chosen shipping method:
  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after dispatch ($12.95 flat rate)
  • Free Shipping (EMS): 15-25 business days after dispatch (free for orders over $50)
Note: Delivery to remote areas or during peak seasons (April-June and September-November) may take slightly longer.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions. All international shipments may be subject to customs fees in your country, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Why did my furniture arrive in multiple packages?
Larger furniture items are often shipped in separate boxes for safer transport. All components should arrive within a few days of each other. If you’re missing any packages, please contact us immediately.
