Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in its original condition (unused, unassembled, with all tags and packaging)

Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on crib sheets, mattresses, changing pads, car seats, or any opened nursery essentials unless they arrive defective.
